We purchased our first home in the 12 South area of Nashville in 2014. If you are at all familiar with Nashville, this is now one of the hottest areas in town close to Belmont & Vanderbilt and lots of shopping & restaurants. It was an amazingly walkable location and provided us with beautiful memories walking to the park & some lovely al fresco meals.
As the area started becoming increasingly popular, our home value increased and we decided to take advantage of it and move to the burbs. Brody was going to school in Brentwood, TN, so we sold our home and moved to a great house in a lovely suburban neighborhood close by. The home was beautiful, but it was just not quite our style. We decided to use some of the money that we made on our first house to remodel it to our dream home. Here are some of the before & after photos of the work that we did to the home!
